Product introduction :
The G4-68 and Y4-68 centrifugal draft fans are series products jointly designed by the fan industry in 1982, which are suitable for supporting the ventilation and induced draft of steam boilers below 230t / h in thermal power plants. When there are no other special requirements, G4-68 can also be used for mine ventilation and general ventilation. Both types of fans have the advantages of high efficiency, low noise and high strength.

The medium conveyed by the fan is air, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 80 C. The medium conveyed by the induced draft fan is flue gas, and the maximum temperature must not exceed 250 C.

Before the induced draft fan, a dust removal device with a dust removal efficiency of not less than 85% must be installed to reduce the dust content of the flue gas entering the fan, so as to improve the life of the fan.

The ventilator and the induced draft fan are single-intake air intakes, and there are seven machine numbers №8, 9, 10, 11, 11.2, 12.5, 14, and 16. Each fan can be made into right-handed and left-handed types. When looking at the fan from one end of the motor, the impeller rotating in a clockwise direction is called a right-handed fan, which is indicated by "right"; the impeller rotating counterclockwise is called a left-handed fan, which is indicated by "left".

The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the casing. The "right" and "left" fans can be made into six angles: 0 , 45 , 90 , 135 , 180 , and 225 .

The fan's transmission mode is D type, and the motor and fan are connected by elastic coupling directly.

These two types of fans are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet, regulating door and transmission group.

Impeller: Twelve backward-tilted wing-shaped blades are welded between the arc-shaped conical wheel cover and the flat plate wheel disc. The induced draft fan impeller uses a solid body at the blade head, and wear-resistant material surfacing is added to the easy-to-wear part to increase the blade's service life. The impellers have undergone static and dynamic balance tests to ensure smooth operation.

Chassis: The casing is a snail body welded with ordinary steel plates. The casing of a single suction fan is made into two different forms: the casing of №8 ~ 12.5 is made into an integral structure. A quarter of the №14 and 16 cases can be removed. For the induced draft fan, there is an ash removal door above the volute plate, and at the same time, it is appropriately thickened to prevent soot wear and prolong the service life.

Air inlet: It is a convergent and streamlined overall structure, which is fixed on the inlet side of the cabinet with bolts.

Adjusting door: the device used to adjust the flow of the fan. №8 ~ 12.5 is composed of 13 flower-recognized blades, which are installed axially in front of the air inlet. Due to the structure of external transmission, the rotation is flexible and convenient. The adjustment range is from 90 (fully closed) to 0 (fully open). Adjust the handle position of the door, as seen from the direction of the air inlet, on the right. For right-handed blowers, pushing the handle from bottom to top is from fully closed to fully open. For left-handed blowers, pull the handle from top to bottom from fully closed to fully open. In order for the various parts of the regulating door to work properly, they must be well lubricated. The adjusting door of the fan is lubricated with calcium-sodium based grease. For induced draft fans, due to the high gas temperature, molybdenum sulfide high-temperature (260 C) grease is used as the grease, which can ensure the lubrication effect at high temperatures.

Transmission group: The transmission methods are all D type. It is composed of main shaft, bearing box, coupling and so on. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. Rolling bearing water-cooled integral bearing box. Therefore, it is necessary to install a water pipe, and the water consumption varies depending on the ambient temperature. Generally, it is considered at 0.5 ~ 1 m3 / h. The bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator. Lubricating oil uses No. 30 mechanical oil.
