Type: This fan is made of single suction. The machine numbers are №4.5C, 6.3C, 8C, and D. It is equipped with 1t, 2t, and 4t boilers. It can be made into two types of "reverse" and "shun". The position of the air outlet is expressed by the angle of the air outlet of the cabinet.
Structure: The fan is mainly composed of a casing, an impeller, an air inlet, a front cover, a transmission group (wherein there is a bracket below №6.3C, and an adjustment door above).
1. The induced draft fan impeller has 16 forward curved blades, and the impeller system is composed of 16Mn. After the impeller is formed, it is corrected by dynamic balance. Therefore, the forward rotation is stable and reliable, with high strength and wear resistance, and long service life.
2. The induced fan uses a snail-shaped whole made of ordinary steel plates as the casing.
3. The air inlet is made into a convergent fluid-shaped overall structure, and the front cover plate group is bolted to the chassis inlet side plate.
4. The adjusting door is made of ordinary steel plate, and the blade is a flower-shaped adjusting door. It is a device used to adjust the air volume of the fan. The adjusting range is from 90 ¡ã (fully closed) to 0 ¡ã (fully open).
5. №6.3C induced draft fan bracket is welded by section steel.
6. The transmission group is composed of a main shaft and a bearing box. The main shaft is made of high-quality steel. The bearing is №6.3C or higher (using air blade subcooling. The bearing box above №6.3C is equipped with a stomach copper cooling tube. The amount of cooling lubricant water is generally Considering 0.5 ～ 1m3 / h, the bearing box is equipped with a thermometer and an oil level indicator, and the amount of oil depends on the oil mark.
